Meditation in the Soto Zen style. Kevin Aldridge –

We sit in two 20 minute halfs with a 5 minute walking meditation between. If someone needs orientation we start the sit, I do an orientation in another room and then join the meditation during the first sit or at the walk. We also have readings after so we actually go for about an hour and fifteen minutes or so. Meeting is on the second floor.
